Management responsibilities:

Operational management of the Incident Management team that is responsible for resolving all unplanned service interruptions within a production environment. Ensure that all your co-workers understand and follow all procedures they are involved with.

Incident management responsibilities:

• Incident monitoring and enable interaction to other processes
• Defining and planning specific procedures for major Incidents
• Evaluating Incidents to determine if they are likely to reoccur
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Ensuring adherence to priority based management
• Production of management information and reports in relation to agreed SLAs
• Making recommendations and Service Improvement Plans
• Ensuring the Incident Management process is executed as designed
• Develop and seek mutual acceptance for an Incident Management process model
• Ensuring that process description meets objectives
• Sponsorship, design, and continual improvement of the process and its metrics

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master Degree (IT or Economics) with at least 3 years of experience within a similar function
• Certified ITIL Practitioner in this domain or ITIL Service Manager or Expert
• Excellent understanding of the full scope of Incident Management Processes
• ITIL experience within a production environment is much appreciated
• Good communication skills and driven team manager
• Trilingual: Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
