Description
You will be a member of the systems and storage services proposed by OSIATIS, ensuring the availability and performance of the production servers for one of our clients near Anderlecht. They include:
Systems Management Services, such as:
- Server Patch Management
- Server Monitoring
- Server Backup and restore services (OS)
- Backup Management
- Production Scheduling and Processing
- Preventive Maintenance of Log files
- Operating System Security
- Database Management
- Deployment of new hardware, software and package management
- System, disk and file management
Support services such as:
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Change management
- Release management
- Configuration management
- Knowledge management
These services are intended to maintain the infrastructures in operational conditions during the defined service windows and to ensure the systems are up and running.
Profile:
Minimum a Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience.
At least 7 years of experience within a similar function.
- HP UX, Linux (Redhat) and/or AIX System Management
- Oracle Database Management (Oracle 10G)
- Web Application Servers
- Backup and Restore Tools
- Storage Virtualization
- Websphere Application Server
- Websphere MQ Server
- Tivoli Storage Manager
- Scheduling systems
- Monitoring Tools (Nagios monitoring - setup - configuration and maintenance)
