4th quarter 2011: sales up 15.3%. Strong growth throughout the 2011 financial year: up 15% to €280.1 Million
Osiatis, an IT services company specialised in infrastructure services, today published its sales for the 4th quarter and the full
year ended 31 December 2011.
Strong sales growth over the 4th quarter and throughout the 2011 financial year
With sales of € 74.7 million, an increase of 15.3% (12.6% organic) compared with the same period in 2010, the 4th quarter continued
the positive trend noted over all quarters in 2011. France achieved sales growth of 17.1% over the period (14.0% organic) while international
sales grew by 3.8%.
Over the full year, the Group's growth significantly outperformed the market, in line with the objectives Osiatis had set for itself, with an
increase in sales of 15.0%, 11.1% of which was organic, to € 280.1 million. The Group benefited from strong growth in France (88% of consolidated sales)
which reached 17.8%, 13.3% of which was organic. The international subsidiaries registered a modest decline of 1.8%, reporting sales of € 34.1 million.
Sustained growth in Infrastructure Services
Infrastructure Services (87% and 100% of Group European subsidiaries' operations, respectively) saw continued strong growth of 14.2% in the 4th quarter.
Over the full year, sales were € 242.8 million, up 13.7% (11.7% organic). This trend was especially positive in France with an increase of 16.1% in
the 4th quarter and 16.8% for 2011.
New Technologies Development, with sales of € 37.3 million in 2011, registered an increase of 23.8% compared with 2010, 6.9% of which was organic,
having benefited from the acquisition of the company Alcion on 1 February 2011.
Confirmation of 2011's target for growth in operating margin

Osiatis launches SaaS Incident Management
Osiatis has launched a new SaaS incident management offering for the user�s workplace based on the LANDesk Service Desk suite.
This mode of distribution will allow companies who use the software to make the most of the functional wealth of LANDesk solutions,
one of the main providers of IT Service Management and infrastructure management solutions, while benefiting from the flexibility
of usage on-demand. This offering is particularly well suited to entities with 500 to 1,500 workstations. The activation of the
platform for company is fast and simple. It features advanced reporting functionality which facilitates incident follow-up and
proactive resolution.
LANDesk Service Desk SaaS users can rely on the performance and high availability of the Osiatis Cloud Center.

Osiatis� Cloud Center is operational
Osiatis launches its cloud offering aimed at better servicing its managed services clients. Osiatis offers Infrastructure as
a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) to SMEs and large accounts.
Osiatis has chosen the private cloud solution developed by Microsoft and HP within the "Infrastructure to Application" framework for these new cloud computing
services. The solution is based on Microsoft and HP's combined offer of HP BladeSystem Matrix servers, Microsoft Hyper-V for virtualisation, HP Cloud Service
Automation and Microsoft System Centre for automation and management of the cloud platform.
The implementation of the platform was completed in 4 months. Besides traditional virtualization technologies, the platform includes capabilities such as
automated provisioning, orchestration, metering, billing, self-service support and service request management.
Osiatis revenues grow 16.3% in third quarter 2011
IT services provider Osiatis reported sales up 16.3 percent to EUR 68.4 million in the third quarter, compared to EUR 58.8 million in the third quarter of 2010. Growth was driven by an 18.1 percent increase at operation�s in France, which accounted for 88 percent of total revenue. International revenues increased by 5.9 percent, reflecting the signature of a large project in Austria. In France, infrastructure service operations grew by 16.8 percent to EUR 50.7 million and the company's new technology development business increased its revenue by 25.7 percent. Osiatis confirmed its 2011 guidance of faster than market revenue growth and a higher operating margin versus 2010.
Strong growth in the first half of 2011: up 14.1%
Today, Osiatis, the IT services company specialised in infrastructure services, publishes its sales for the first half of its 2011 financial year, ending on 30 June.
In the first half of 2011, Osiatis recorded consolidated sales of � 136.9 million, an increase of 14.1%, of which 9.3% was organic. Following a very strong first quarter, the Group benefited from the positioning of its product offering, its innovations and the successful integration of acquisitions to step up growth in the second quarter.
Strong business growth
Infrastructure Services, which represent 86% of consolidated sales, reported a sales volume of � 118.4 million in the first half of the year, an increase of 12.8% compared to the first half of 2010, of which was 9.8% organic. In France, growth was particularly buoyant at 17.1%, of which 13.4% was organic, driven by outsourcing and dynamic service centres; this was supported by an active recruitment policy, with more than 500 new hires since 1 January 2011.
Confirming the upturn that began in the first quarter, the New Technology Developments division achieved strong growth of 23.4% to � 18.6 million. Organic growth reached 6.3% during the first half, gathering momentum in the second quarter to 10.7% % (Q1 up 2.2%) due to strong demand and the good reception of ancillary offerings to infrastructure operations.
Osiatis reported international sales (Austria, Benelux and Spain) of � 16.2 million, being 12% of consolidated sales, which was a decline of 8.3% during the period. However, due to the change noted in the 2nd quarter (down 6.1%) it is hoped that the trend will alter in the second half of the year.
Renewed confidence in growth prospects
Bolstered by the strong growth achieved in the first half of the year, which was reinforced by a high order taking level, Osiatis is confident that growth will continue, accompanied by an increase in operating margin in line with the objectives announced for 2011.
Police Academy Apeldoorn chooses Osiatis

Ict-service provider Osiatis will be maintaining all servers for the police academy in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. The datacenter counts more then 200 intel-servers. Osiatis has been granted the contract based on their sharp price. Osiatis is expected to repair damaged servers withing the given timeframe. Malfunctioning parts must be replaced as described by the particular hardware supplier.
Osiatis has been active in the Netherlands since 2009 and maintains about 4000 servers and storage environments. Their clients include KPN, Atos origin, Afga Healthcare, Oasen and Caterpillar.
Osiatis Benelux growing 7 years in a row
Osiatis Benelux realized in the 1st half of 2010 again a growth of 11% and a continuing improvement in profitability. Osiatis is targeting continued growth for the 2nd half of 2010. Thanks to this excellent performance, 2010 will be the 7th consecutive year of growth in revenue and margin in the Benelux.
Generali relies on Osiatis to implement its ambitious virtualization program
The project, called Dialog, including the virtualization of 800 servers and 3500 workstations in 1100 agencies, has two objectives. First, it aims at reducing infrastructure costs by reducing the number of servers and their centralization in one datacenter. Second, the project will simplify the maintenance operations. Generali choose the VMWare technology to virtualise the servers and Citrix for the desktop environment.
